We sat with a rep in December, were installed in January, we were up and running by April. 15 panels is helping negate my electric dependence as stated. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered our questions to help us understand the technology and process. We were waiting on all the coordination of different ppl as tried to approve installations, but Freedom Solar was in contact with us the whole time and available for any questions we had.

Absolutely love this company, very honest and quick with their services. Sat down with Riley and he was very knowledgeable on the entire process! Because they make the solar panels in house I got them cheaper then ion solar and SEP!

The technician was so helpful! Riley and the master installers addressed all of our concerns and stayed in contact during the installation. They even went to bat for us with Colorado Springs Utility to make sure we could own our power.

But instead I'm giving 1 star because they were supposed to install a new house electrical panel for me and on the day it was scheduled the electrician was sick....yeah no worries it happens.... but since then I've been waiting over a year to get this done and no one will communicate with me. My house lights are flashing because of my old panel. They also promised me a $500 gift card they have completely ignored when asked about

Freedom Solar's Sunpower panels are worth the extra money. The panels are highly efficient. Their installation processes are well honed and their team is experienced. They connected effectively with the local utilities company.With that said, their customer support staff can be overly reliant on their software, and not listen to the customer when there is a problem. Some of their customer support staff were amazing and some were infuriatingly resistant to understanding that an issue needed to be addressed.In the end, the installation went in within 9 months from the signing of the contract.

I can't imagine finding a better Solar Power Provider than Freedom Solar. Communication was top-notch, employees were knowledgeable and respectful of both me and my property. There were no unnecessary delays and staff answered all my inquiries immediately. Customer service is a high priority with Freedom Solar. Give them a call if you are considering solar. We recently purchased solar panels from Freedom that were installed earlier this summer. Could not be happier with the results as our electric bill has been wiped out. Our consultant Matt Carr made it such an easy and seamless experience from the initial quote to installation and activation. We were told it was going to take about 6 months for the panels to be ready to install and they only took 4 months which was great! At each appointment the work was done correctly and never had to be adjusted. Can’t say enough good things about working with Matt and Freedom Solar!

It was about a year ago when I finally had my solar panels and Tesla batteries installed at my house. The whole process took a while for me due to permits, HOA, and inspections, but overall, I was satisfied with the work done by the installation team. They kept me informed about their progress and, to my relief, passed all the inspections with no issues.Now, I'm working with the same team to install additional panels, and I'm happy to say that Jeffrey Winzenried, the original energy consultant who helped me a year ago, is assisting me through the process once again. He is a great person to work with, always available to answer questions and guide you through the process.

In today’s world, nothing seems to go flawlessly and our experience was anything but seamless. However with that said, the times that were less than stellar, were not Freedom Solar’s doing. Whether it was the city needing to come and inspect or the utility company performing their provisions, it was all out of Freedom’s hands. Anytime I needed answers or actions taken by Freedom Solar, they were true to their word. I must give a special praise to our salesman, Amro (Omar). This man is exceptional in his trade and always made himself available and heard my needs. I am now generating power and am excited for the offset that Freedom has allowed us to gain from. I wholeheartedly recommend Freedom Solar to anyone considering a solar panel system. I've had the system for 18+ months and it works as advertised. Jorge - my sales representative - is just fabulous. The initial installation involves coordination with a number of entities and Jorge coordinated everything for me. He also has helped me after the sale - as recently as today - helping me get the MySunPower app showing production at the individual panel level.I chose Freedom Solar initially because they use SunPower panels which are very efficient. I was not happy with the original monitoring app, but it is much improved with the current version. Jorge is the man!
