How We Install Mission Solar Panels
Freedom Solar offers Mission Solar panels because of their performance, appearance, and affordability. We mount these panels on the low-profile, all-black Pegasus Rail racking system, which has the industry’s thinnest gap between the solar panels and the roof, ensuring a sleek looking system.
Mission Solar panels are installed with EnPhase microinverters or a Tesla Powerwall 3 solar battery with an integrated inverter. Your inverter will determine the monitoring system you use.
When you schedule a consultation, we will meet with you to understand your goals and to review your roof and electricity usage. During that appointment, we will recommend the equipment thatf best meets your needs for your home installation.

Product FAQs
Are Mission Solar panels good?
Independent reviews of solar panel manufacturers attest to the durability and performance of Mission Solar modules compared to other solar panels on the market.
Mission modules have the highest PVUSA Test Condition (PTC) ratings, which measure power output in real-world conditions, of any U.S.-made solar panels. They are made with durable materials that stand up to extreme weather conditions such as hail and snow. That means you can expect performance and reliability over the long term.
What are the panel options & specs?
Mission Solar has been manufacturing solar panels in the U.S.A. for over 10 years, which meet or exceed all industry benchmarks. They’ve continued to improve their products with each iteration, bringing cutting-edge technology for residential installation.
Mission modules generate more power than other American-made modules and are engineered with efficiency in mind, using advanced technologies such as PERC (Passive Emitter Rear Cell) to capture more sunlight. They make a 395-watt panel that has 66 cells per module.
How much do Mission Solar panels cost?
The cost of installation varies depending on your unique needs, such as how much electricity you are using, the size of your home, and whether you are interested in adding a solar battery to your system. We’ll provide a free estimate and help you compare available products.
Solar panels offer excellent long-term savings on your electricity costs. Additionally, there are tax credits and incentives you can use to offset your installation costs.
Financing options are available as well. We offer competitive financing plans that include $0 down options and affordable monthly payments.
How does the warranty work?
All Mission Solar products are backed by a solid manufacturer’s warranty: 25 years on equipment and power output. Mission guarantees that their solar panels will maintain energy output of at least 84% of their original production at year 25. Warranty coverage is contingent on correct installation and use, which is why it’s essential to hire a certified team for assistance.
