Why is my referral’s status not changing?

The referral status changes as their tasks conclude during the customer journey.

If the status remains ‘uncontacted’ then we have been unable to make contact with your referral, or they decided to not move forward with solar. Our goal is always to help your referrals determine if solar is a fit for them and their needs.

I signed up under the wrong salesperson.

No problem, just use the ‘contact us’ option to let us know and we’ll correct it.

I do not feel comfortable entering my bank account information.

That’s okay! There is an option to receive a Visa eGift Card delivered to you via email in the amount of your funds.

How do I refer someone to Freedom Solar Power?

You’ll earn $500 for each referral who completes their solar installation. Follow the steps below to get started, and check out our blog post for more info.

1. Download the Freedom Solar Power app from your phone’s app store and login or sign up for an account.
2. Once in the app, select the ‘refer’ icon and fill out the referral form with the contact information of the person you want to refer to Freedom Solar Power.
3. Set up your digital wallet within the app so that you can receive the $500 payment when your referral completes their solar installation.

On the app, you can track the status of your referral’s contact stage and monitor how far along they are in the customer journey. Once your referral has fully completed their solar installation, you will receive your payment! If you have the Freedom Solar Power app notifications enabled, you will be alerted when your funds are ready to redeem.

I cannot redeem my funds.

To redeem funds, you will need to set up your wallet first. You can watch this video for a step-by-step guide on how to transfer funds to your bank account.

You can also receive your funds as a Visa eGift Card.
