How do I download documents?

To download a document in your myFreedom account, follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to Documents
  • Select the Document: Locate the document or documents you wish to download. To select it, click the checkbox to the left of the document’s title.
  • Download Button: After you’ve selected the desired document(s), look to the right of the search bar in the top right of the tracker. You should see a “Download” button. This button becomes visible when you have one or more documents selected.
  • Click the Download Button: To initiate the download, click the “Download” button.

If you’re unable to download any files, reach out to our Customer Care team for help.

What do I do if I forgot my password or need to reset it?

You can reset your password by navigating to this link and following the instructions in the reset email.

Please be sure to enter the email address associated with your myFreedom account.

How do I update my contact information?

For security reasons and to ensure we have accurate information, we ask that you connect with our Customer Care team to update your home address, email address, or phone number inside your myFreedom account.

Can I have multiple secondary contacts?

No, you can only designate one secondary contact inside your myFreedom account.

To update the secondary contact, the primary account holder will need to navigate to the “Account” page, and then select “Secondary Contact”. Click “Edit” to enter the new details, and then click “Update” to confirm the change.

When you enter a new email address for the secondary contact, the original contact will immediately lose access and a project tracker invitation will be sent to the new secondary contact specified.

How do I reschedule an appointment?

To reschedule any appointment, please reach out to our team at customerservice@freedomsolarpower.com.

We are committed to accommodating your request to reschedule any visits, however, please be aware that there may be significant delays due to third-party involvement or other scheduling factors outside our control.

How do I see my upcoming appointments and installation schedule?

All upcoming appointments will be in the project tracker section of your myFreedom account. We’ll also send you an email with the details of any upcoming visits.
