With experienced, knowledgeable, in-house technicians, we will work with you every step of the way to ensure your system is detached and reinstalled in a timely and cost effective manner.

Request Service

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • After you submit service request, your dedicated Service Coordinator will reach out to review the project scope and provide you with an estimate for service.
  • Upon approval of the scope of work and estimate, your Service Coordinator will work with you and/or your contractor to schedule the detachment and reinstallation that best meets your needs. Our smart scheduling will limit the amount of time your system is off-line in order to save you money.
  • Before the detachment, our team will complete a system diagnostic to ensure the system is operating properly and is free of visible defects.
  • All hardware, solar panels, rails, conduit and non-consumable parts are stored on site until reinstallation of the system.
  • When we are notified that the construction or roof replacement/repair is complete and the roof integrity is secure, your Service Coordinator will schedule your installation.
  • Our crews will reinstall your system per original design and specifications.*
  • Once fully reinstalled, our technicians will confirm your system is fully operational and commissioned as designed.
