We are looking for an experienced corporate Recruiter to join our team and help manage high volume full-cycle recruitment functions. This position responsibilities will include, processing job requisitions, candidate sourcing, applicant screening, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attending career fairs and coming up with creative ways to market our career opportunities! This role will report to the Lead Recruiter and will work out of our headquarters in Austin, TX. This is not a remote position!

Your responsibilities will include:
Manages high volume full-cycle recruitment in assigned region
Consults with hiring managers to discover staff needs, requirements and specific job objectives
Posts descriptions on career and job boards. Sources candidates by using databases and social media
Evaluates and screens resumes and cover letters
Conducts initial phone and/or video interviews. Provides a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Helps the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and collaborates with Lead Recruiter on recruitment initiatives to improve processes
Stays up to date with current recruiting methods and best practices
Attends regional job fairs and careers events
Provides monthly recruitment metrics and attends recruitment meetings
Completes other duties and projects as assigned by Lead Recruiter
What you will bring to the table:
2 to 3 years of Recruiting experience required
Prior high-volume required; sales recruitment experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field preferred but not required
An eye for spotting talent including hard to fill position
Passion for making a difference here at Freedom Solar
The knowledge, skills, and abilities you should have:
Prior HRIS/ATS experience; ADP strongly preferred
Proven recruiting and interviewing skills in high-volume role
Familiarity with relevant employment laws
Ability to work independently under general direction
Ability to problem solve and handle non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office. Google Docs and HRIS/ATS
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability navigate conflict, seeking positive, mutually beneficial outcomes
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
Processes and detail-oriented
Good judgment and the ability to ask for help when needed
Ability to work with diverse and strong personalities to drive results in fast-paced environment
There may be some travel!
This position may travel to other locations in TX or CO for recruitment/onboarding purposes as needed.
