+ Marketing Associate

As part of a small marketing team, you will be the second in command to the Director of Marketing, giving you the opportunity to explore all aspects of B2C and B2B marketing and lead generation while contributing in a significant way to our fast-growing company’s success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interpret marketing performance data and contribute thoughtful insights to influence lead generation strategy

  • Plan, execute, and analyze demand generation and marketing campaigns

  • Evaluate, coordinate, and optimize third party lead channels to improve quality and efficiency

  • Create, publish, and promote targeted and relevant digital content for our website, social media accounts, and email newsletters

  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors, partners, and agencies

  • Contribute to the success of the outside sales teams in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and DFW by equipping them with collateral, apparel, and support for events

  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by managing our customer referral program, tracking and responding to online customer reviews, and identifying opportunities to build customer loyalty

  • Develop a deep understanding of the solar business and identify future growth opportunities

  • Be a brand advocate both internally and externally

  • Skilled in utilizing spreadsheets for analysis, slides to present ideas, and major social media platforms

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Analytics / Search Console preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications required

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience required
