+ Assistant Regional Operations Manager - Dallas

We are looking for an Assistant Regional Operations Manager (AROM). The Assistant Regional Operations Manager is responsible for preparing the installation crews for construction and managing the inside operations process for all projects within their region. This candidate must be organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. The AROM will also be responsible for customer communication when needed. This position will report to the Regional Operations Manager (ROM). Primary responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Responsible for the accuracy of information provided to the crews, within the crew ‘Job Packet’.

  • Prepares projects to enable scheduler to confirm start of project with customer.

  • Manages local installer payroll audits and payroll app acceptance/accuracy

  • Assists the ROM in managing installation metrics and efficiencies

  • Processes Installation reporting and upload photos and docs to the customer’s server file

  • Manages project flow and process workflow for their region

  • Initiate inspection processes, by requesting inspections and communicating with Inspections Coordinator.

  • Manages customer accounts, from ‘sale won’ to ‘project closed’

  • Works closely with the HR department for hiring and firing events in their specific region

  • Assisting with other duties as assigned by ROM

Qualifications

  • 2 + years of previous project administration or field construction experience

  • Prior team lead or supervisor experience strongly preferred

  • Prior solar energy experience strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use.

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization.

  • Ability to meet motor vehicle requirements and maintain a valid driver's license.

  • Ability to perform normal office duties.

  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work.
