If you answered Yes, then we want to hear from you! We are seeking a qualified Residential Solar Sales Manager to lead a team of Energy Sales Consultants to the next level! The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and delivering on required targets as well as working cross functionally with other departments. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing and building sales teams, have great communication skills and be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Following a plan and strategy to accomplish area revenue targets
Developing and training sales team to improve sales skills
Assisting in the recruiting and developing of new team-members
Mentoring and coaching Sales Team to exceed sales goals
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of metrics like events, activities, etc.
Participating in weekly team meetings as well as conduct locally as needed to scale team
Preparing and presenting monthly forecast to Sales Director
Working with Executive team on current market strategy
Managing and prioritize daily workload
