Position Summary

The Service Department Coordinator Level I position is responsible for providing a high level of service and expertise in the processing, customer support, vendor and inventory management and intra-department communications regarding service Work Orders

  • WorkFlow maintenance
  • Work Order creation
  • Work Order Tracking
  • Schedule Service Techs
  • Troubleshoot site visits
  • Liaison between customer / tech
  • Communicate with customers
  • Manage schedule & shifts
  • Distribute customer proposals
  • Track payments
  • DE / RE
  • Schedule and manage sub-contractors
  • Monitoring support and review
  • Customer communications
  • Communication & Coordination with Warehouse
  • Assisting warehouse in materials flow
  • Assist other departments as directed
  • All other duties and tasks as assigned


  • Must be highly organized and process-oriented
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license
