Introducing myFreedom customer portal: real-time project updates

Freedom Solar Power would like to introduce myFreedom — our new online customer portal built just for you as the homeowner to independently monitor and manage your solar installation process from start to finish. We learned from customers like you that information is powerful, and in an effort to provide a best-in-class solar experience, we’re giving you access to track updates in real-time from the start to finish of your solar project.

Key features include:

  • Project dashboard showing current stage of solar project and upcoming timeline for completion. Notifications will alert you when any new updates are made.
  • Appointments or on-site visit reminders.
  • View key documents such as sales agreement, warranty, inspection approval, invoices, and more.
  • Frequently Asked Questions aimed to proactively address any concerns and common questions you might have at each stage of the solar project.

How to create your account 

All new residential homeowners will receive an invitation to activate their account after they sign their solar contract. Any other residential customer who does not have an account and wants to create one can email our Customer Care team at customerservice@freedomsolarpower.com to be sent an activation link.
