Freedom Solar is looking for an analytical and relationship-oriented marking manager to join the team in Austin, Texas as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager (Marketing Manager). While reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the lead generation accountability and manage third party lead sources. This position will also lead our digital agency by managing company website, SEO and PPC.
Strategies, plans, and executes demand generation program to deliver a consistent growing pipeline of quality leads
Generates residential and commercial solar demand through digital and other channels
Builds campaign audience through external focused lead generation through SEO, SEM, email marketing, content market, remarking and paid advertisement efforts
Mange relationships with agency partners and lead vendors to increase lead volume while maintaining or reducing customer acquisition cost
Owns accountability to senior management for lead volume targets, marketing funnel performance and forecasting on weekly basis.
Drives rapid sales growth by delivering high quality leads from a variety of sources
Generates solar demand through digital and other channels
Implements technical website changes and oversees content development and marketing campaigns
Recommends, tests, optimizes, and scales new lead generation opportunities and partners
Assist with other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertisement, Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred
7 to 10 years of relevant experience required
Must have B2B and B2C marketing experience with lead generation or direct response responsibilities and budget management
Must be highly skilled in analyzing complex quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI and forecasting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Analytics/Search Console
Advanced team collaboration and negotiating skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to anticipate trends and proactively problem-solve to mitigate risk
Skilled in Microsoft Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
